OPENVZ / SPACE

Open a tab. Start drawing.

OPENVZ Space is a 3D building and BIM editor that runs in the browser. Nothing to install, nothing to configure. The walls, openings, roofs and ducts you draw are real constrained components, not diagram shapes.

No sign-up. Scenes stay in your own browser.

What it does

01

Parametric components

Walls, doors, windows, slabs, ceilings, roofs, stairs, columns and fences are constrained parametric objects. Change one wall thickness and the walls it meets recompute their miters; hosted openings follow.

02

One model, two views

The floor plan is not an exported screenshot — it is the same scene data drawn differently. Move a wall in 3D and the plan dimensions update, and the other way round.

03

MEP and ducting

Ducts, fittings, DWV pipes, liquid lines, HVAC equipment, solar panels and roof vents connect by real construction relationships and can emit riser diagrams.

04

Item catalog

A hundred furniture, appliance and landscape models ship with the app. No external asset service is involved.

05

MCP interface

A built-in Model Context Protocol server. Point an assistant like Claude at it and it can read the scene graph, create components and adjust parameters in bulk.

06

Plugin extensible

New component kinds and sidebar panels ship as plugins instead of edits to the built-ins. Existing ecosystem plugins keep working through a compatibility layer.

Where it comes from

OPENVZ Space is built on Pascal Editor, an MIT-licensed open-source project. We did a full Chinese localisation, brand rework, asset self-hosting and engineering cleanup, and — as MIT requires — kept the upstream copyright notice intact. Same as we did with Lingo: use open source, and say whose.

Want it wired into your own workflow?

We build custom component libraries, industry templates and system integrations on top of it.
